Welcome to Babies in the Sky. This site was created by an Angel Mommy for Angel Parents and family of angels. Her name is Danielle, her daughter Alyssah Constance was born still April 8th, 2007 and she struggled to find a place where people understood her pain. She did not find many places to go to, so she decided to create one, Babies in the Sky. This is a wonderful site to share your angel's stories, vent and get support. There is a continuous live chat option available on everyones indivual page.

ஐ♥ஐ Daniel Kieran Olsen 16/04/09 - 22/04/09 ஐ♥ஐ
I had only know for about 2 weeks that I was pregnant. I was so happy to hear that I was pregnant again as I’ve already have had a miscarriage before I got pregnant with Daniel. Chris couldn’t wait to become a daddy and I couldn’t wait to become a mummy. I went to see the midwife on a Monday for a scan and to see how far I was. The midwife told me I was 14+5 weeks. I got to see the heartbeat and I was so happy to see that everything was alright.
I went into the hospital on April 8th due to a stomach bug I had. I was there for a few days to get extra fluids as I wasn’t eating anything, couldn’t keep things down. While I was at the hospital the doctor did a scan on me and he said I was over 24 weeks. It was a big shock for me and Chris to find out that the midwife was wrong with almost 10 weeks. When the doctor saw that everything was alright and I could keep food down I was let home on April the 15th after spending almost a week in the hospital.
Me and Chris had a really big fight after I got home from the hospital and he left the house. I was missing my cousin a lot after she passed away in February and it got all too much for me. I slit my left wrist and then I don’t remember more. Chris told me that he found me in the bedroom covered in blood and I wasn’t breathing. Chris called an ambulance and they got there, they got me back, but they lost me as fast again. The doctor got me back just in time and they had to do an emergency blood transfusion to save me. They did it and they had to do an emergency c-section on me.
So at 02.34am Daniel was born at 25 weeks, he was 14 weeks early. I didn’t wake up until 2 days later. The first time I saw Daniel he was so fragile and tiny, but he was mummy and daddy’s little fighter. Daniel stopped breathing several times during the days he was alive, but he fought for his life. When Daniel was 4 days old he caught pneuomina, he fought really hard, but his lungs and heart was to weak to fight it.
Sadly on April the 22nd at 10.22am only 6 days old Daniel passed away in my arms with Chris sitting beside me holding Daniel’s hand.
Daniel was layed to rest on Friday 8th May at 11am. It was a beautiful and a emotional funeral. Mummy, daddy and Daniel's grandad read a poem for little Daniel.
